This presentation will provide an in-depth evaluation of hydrocarbon source rocks using the Chad Basin as a case study. The session will explore the geological characteristics, geochemical parameters, and thermal maturity indicators used in assessing source rock quality, hydrocarbon generation potential, and basin prospectivity.
